Tickets purchased for the "I Was Lost But I Found Myself" gala dinner and book launch are non-refundable. Because seating, catering, and event logistics are finalized well in advance based on headcount, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
While tickets are non-refundable, they are fully transferable to another person. If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket. Please email us at info@lucymworia.com at least 48 hours before the event with the new guest's full name, email address, and phone number so we can update our official guest list and issue a new e-ticket.
In the highly unlikely event that the gala is cancelled or significantly rescheduled by the organizers, ticket holders will be contacted immediately. You will be offered the choice of a full refund to your M-Pesa account or a ticket transfer to the new date.
Physical books bundled with event tickets will be distributed directly at the gala. If a standalone book purchase is offered through this site for physical delivery and arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will gladly arrange for a replacement copy free of charge.
